The aim of NEAP is to develop and implement a North European Functional Airspace block (NEFAB). All FABs within SES legislation should be in place by the end of the year 2012.
NORACON
- Coordinated contribution to SESAR JU
In February 2009 all NEAP members and Austria's Austrocontol signed a consortium agreement that committed us to offer our services and resources to support the work programme of the SESAR Joint Undertaking.
The consortium is called NORACON – Northern European and Austrian consortium.
NUAC

An operational alliance for co-operational use of facilities in two, or more, states fully integrated airspace in a FAB environment.
COOPANS

Co-operation between different users and the manufacturer for future upgrades of existing EUROCAT Systems.
GREEN FLIGHTS
- Continuous approach procedures
An optimum aircraft flight profile or 4D trajectory communicated in real time between ATC and cockpit, resulting in continuous approach procedures and minimized emission and noise.

A transnational ATS Academy specialising in AIR Traffic Management training.
VIRTUAL COMMUNICATION CENTRE
- Joint operation for communication
Joint operation between two communication centres serving as one unit, resulting in improved efficiency, quality and availability.
SEAMLESS SECTORISATION
- ATS regardless of borders
A concept with cross border sectorisation through “delegation of ATS” between different countries in the North European area following basic principles such as: Traffic flows, best use of available capacity regardless of ATCC locations, and keeping an overall view in design of sectors.
